Where ACTIN Comes From
Our name, ACTIN, comes from “Actions with Intelligence”. We started 15 years ago as the internal IT department inside a large, complex diesel engine manufacturing conglomerate. For a decade we lived the daily friction ourselves: a delayed engineering change that stopped a production line, a recall caused by poor traceability, a legacy ERP that couldn’t talk to the new design software. In 2015 we spun out as Kloudq Technologies to bring that expertise to the wider market, and in 2023 we refined our mission and rebranded as ACTIN Technologies, with a razor-sharp focus on being the definitive IT partner for the manufacturing sector.
The same leadership also runs Tor.ai, our dedicated IoT products arm. In the UAE, however ACTINJMJ presence operates through (JMJ Zencraft FZ LLC, alongside our India headquarters in Pune, so GCC clients work with a locally-registered entity, not an overseas satellite office. That means a GCC client’s contract, support escalation, and delivery team sit inside the region, not routed through an overseas head office — the same Cleanse, Connect, Cognise, Secure discipline proven across our India base, delivered locally.

Where JMJ Comes From
S.K. Banerji began consulting in 2001, first through Network Marketing & Development, then evolved that practice into LBE Consulting Group in 2009 to run government-sponsored Lean Cluster projects, before launching JMJ Lean Consulting Group in 2014 to bring the same discipline to private industry.
That path runs through his own hands-on training in the Suzuki Production System and Toyota Production System at Suzuki Motor Corporation in Japan. Across that 25-year practice lineage, JMJ has become one of India’s few consultancies empanelled directly with the Ministry of MSME, the National Productivity Council (NPC), the Quality Council of India (QCI), and the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), pioneering Kaizen, 5S, and Lean implementation across more than 450 industries.
